He has over 28 years experience in sales and customer service, is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Course, and the recipient of both the Dale Carnegie Special Achievement Award and the Dale Carnegie Human Relations Award. He is also an Education Specialist Trained by eBay and teaches the Official eBay Curriculum in both a classroom setting and private classes.
